Days go into Micro, an a16z-backed AI-native email and CRM client. I own the agent runtime: routing across six channels, memory, a coding sandbox that publishes live sites, and the CRM graph the agent walks.

Nights and weekends go into a small Apify store: healthcare NPI leads, B2B agency directories, and Trustpilot reviews, each with a monitor mode so people can run them on a schedule.

Traction, a Slack SEO agent, is the personal product I still want in the world. Ideas stay ideas until they ship.
