Shipping in public, and looking for the next team.
Until recently I built the agent at Micro, an a16z-backed email and CRM client: six channels, memory, a coding sandbox that publishes live sites, and the CRM graph it walks. I am looking for the next team to do that kind of work with.
In between, I ship. Outbound is live on the App Store. Palm Pong and Eclipse are out and people are using them. Five ChatGPT plugins are in review at OpenAI.
I write long posts on Substack about how good products are built, each with a small working rebuild you can play with.
