01The list
Pick a destination and dates. Outbound pulls the climate for those dates, then the forecast as the trip gets close, and builds the list from templates and activities. When rain moves to Friday, the umbrella shows up with a note saying why.
02The trip layer
Pack, Days, and Bookings in one trip. Bag fit checks your carry-on against the airline's limit. Plan my day fills free windows with real places, weather, opening hours, and meals. Siri, widgets, a Control, and a Live Activity for travel day.
03Grounded ideas
Day ideas come from OpenStreetMap and Wikivoyage, not from the model's memory. An eval harness of 40 cases took grounded suggestions from 0% to 97.5% and category adherence from 79% to 95%.
04Backend
A Cloudflare Worker with D1 and KV: shared lists, booking import, and day plans, gated by App Attest and RevenueCat. Booking import tries Apple's on-device Foundation Models first.
